How fast do you deliver alerts?

We poll every 30 seconds. Delivery from poll → email is typically under 10 seconds. Telegram delivery is usually under 3 seconds. Total: about a minute from seat opening to message in your pocket.

What McGill term codes do you support?

All terms the McGill course registry publishes. If you can register for it on Minerva, we can watch it.

Can I watch multiple courses?

Yes, one subscription per (course, term). You'll need to pay $1.99 per additional course.

How do I manage my subscription without an account?

After payment, we email you a private management link. It lets you update your email, connect Telegram, or cancel. No passwords — just the link. Don't share it publicly.

What happens when the term ends?

Your subscription auto-cancels when the course is no longer listed. You don't need to do anything.

Do you support WhatsApp / WeChat / SMS?

Not yet. Email and Telegram are live. WhatsApp is on the roadmap. SMS is deliberately skipped — carrier costs would eat our margins and force us to charge more.

What if I pay and no seat ever opens?

You still paid for the service — we polled the course on your behalf. But if we never sent you even one alert during the course's add/drop window, we'll refund you in full. Just email us.

Is this affiliated with McGill?

No. We're an independent tool. We don't touch Minerva or your student credentials — we read the same public schedule data the school's official schedule builder uses.

How does this compare to other seat alert services?

We're cheaper than the paid incumbents, Telegram-first, and run by one person who will actually answer your email. That's the whole pitch.
